ROOM POLICIES


3PM check in | 11AM check out

Office hours are from 8AM – 8PM, please arrange late arrivals & early departures in advance.
Sorry, dogs are only permitted with permission ($25 fee per pet/per night), please call ahead for availability.
Certified service animals are always welcome.
No smoking in the rooms.
We are not responsible for any personal items that may be lost, damaged or stolen.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for missing or damaged items.
Light breakfast will be served on Saturday & Sunday mornings from 8AM to 10AM.
Bikes are available for persons over the age of 16 on a first come first serve basis.
Please use bikes at your own risk. Helmets are available upon request.

POOL RULES

The Pool is open from 8AM to 7PM
No lifeguard on duty | Swim at your own risk.
No smoking on the pool deck.
No glass at the pool.
There must be two adults present when the pool is in use.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
A phone is provided outside of reception for emergencies.
Do not swim while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

To best serve you throughout this website, you will be asked to provide a variety of information, such as name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, etc. This information will allow us to provide a personalized experience for each visitor to our website.

This website does not collect, save or store any personal information from visitors that simply browse this website, unless you voluntarily and intentionally provide it to us. We do not collect personal information without your knowledge or consent. Any personal information that is requested on our website is necessary in order to perform a particular service, such as processing your reservation etc.

We request personal information from you in order to process online reservations. You must provide contact information (such as name, mailing address, telephone number and email address) as well as financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date, etc.) in order for us to process your reservation. This information is used for billing purposes and to reserve a room. If there is a problem with a reservation, the information provided will also allow us to contact you.

The Graham and Company may inform you by email of our available services, products, specials and sweepstakes. You may opt in or out of receiving these materials at any time.

Agents or contractors of The Graham and Company and affiliates who have access to your personal information are required to keep the information confidential and not to use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for The Graham and Company. The Graham and Company and affiliates will not sell or distribute any of your personal information to any outside organization for marketing or solicitation without your permission.

refunds

A 50% credit card deposit for length of stay is due at reservation. Full refund is available if the reservation is cancelled by 12 noon, 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made from 12 noon 13 days to 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the full deposit. Cancellations made after 12 noon 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a full charge for the entire length of stay. All cancellations are subject to a $35 fee per room.

For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, cancellations 30 days and more from day of arrival will result in a cancellation of $35 per room. Cancellations less than 30 days from day of arrival will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the full deposit. Policies can vary for specials, packages, groups and prepaid reservations. Please review the booking description of your reservation.
